I first met Abigail at the meditation at Salts of the Earth Caroline Springs. The meditation was deeply relaxing and calm and made me switch off which i rarely do. The meditation sessions are lovely and I enjoy going to them.

What you'll learn during the program:

Week 1: History and Benefits of Meditation

Week 2: Meditation Styles and Techniques

Week 3: Cause and Effects of Stress

Week 4: Stress Management Techniques

Week 5: Using Affirmations to Change Your Mindset

Week 6: Journalling for Self-Care

You will receive handouts per week and the recording of all the meditations I will guide you on during each session.


By the end of the program, you would:

  • Feel comfortable and confident about practicing meditation.
  • Have a good understanding of the fight or flight reaction, understand your own stress responses, and be able to disengage from a stress response quickly.
  • Have chosen a meditation style you feel best suits you and regularly practice meditation at your own time.
  • Have started developing a positive mindset.
  • Be able to report a noticeable improvement in your daily life IF you practice meditation daily during the program and do the take home exercises in between sessions.
