Give yourself a chance to pause and set yourself up for a great week ahead by joining a Meditation Meetup in your local community. We start with a guided meditation designed to release stress in your body, calm your busy mind, and move you towards living intentionally. Then have a chance to catch-up with like-minded women about your meditation and/or healing journey at your own comfort level, and possibly learn from others’ wisdom.
Meditation has now been proven by scientists to bring positive physical, mental and emotional effects to improve quality of life. It has also started to become one of the complementary healing methods for depression, anxiety, addiction and chronic pain.
This is for you whether you’re new to meditating or a seasoned meditator. Most people find it beneficial joining a group due to the collective energy and focus that is present.
