With the current constant barrage of fear-inducing news, constant vigilance to protect ourselves, increasing responsibilities with homeschooling and lesser ability to switch off from work and screens, our physical, mental and emotional stress levels are currently at an all-time high.

This Restorative Practice is an invitation for you to reset, feel nourished and reverse the effects of stress in your being. It’s been said that 1 hour of this practice equals 4 hours of sleep with the deep rest and reset that it gives the nervous system.

Give yourself the ultimate self-care session you need.

Using in-active yoga poses, this practice activates the relaxation response in your body through the alignment of the spine and a conscious breath practice to give the body, mind and emotions a safe and supported experience with the use of props.

You don’t need to have done any form of yoga or meditation to participate.

Household items can be used as alternative to traditional yoga props.
