Women’s Healing Meditation Series
Come into a nurturing and restful space in my home-based healing room in your local community.
Every week, you’ll be guided towards an inward journey to reconnect with your breath and body to ignite your body’s relaxation response and a creative meditation to increase emotional and mental wellbeing. Then receive a mini Reiki healing to further support your healing intention.
Allow yourself to relax into the meditation and healing lying down on a yoga mat in a fully-supported position, with blankets, bolsters and eye pillows for deep relaxation. If you prefer a sitting position, this can also be setup for you to provide the utmost comfort.
This is your chance to get in touch with your self, reset, and feel both nourished and energised once a week for 4 weeks.
Increase your self-awareness through different meditation practices while also learning key tools to bring increased calm, flow and focus to your daily life in the company of women in a sacred space.

Information about Reiki:
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing that originated from Japan. The word “Reiki” is made of two Japanese words: “Rei” which means “Divine Wisdom” or “Higher Power” and “Ki” which means “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy” or “unconditional love from the divine.” While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is NOT a religion. It has no dogma and there is nothing you need to believe in order to receive it. Reiki healing energy will go where it is needed if you are open to receiving it.
Reiki healing energy feels like a wonderful glowing radiance within you and around you. It treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. It is also complementary to medical and therapeutic techniques that promote recovery and overall health.
Your guide, Abigail Tamsi, is a Reiki Master Teacher and registered Meditation Teacher and Holistic Counsellor. She is a full member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists and the International Meditation Teachers and Therapists Association.
